Meridian's 360° Feedback Process:
Meridian will devise an analysis system to include all aspects of the organisation according to the needs as well as, the internal structure.
These aspects may include (but are not limited to) feedback from an employees' subordinates, peers and supervisors.
Feedback from external sources such as customers, suppliers and/or other interested stakeholders may also be included.
This type of analysis is most effective for development and identification of employee skills, employment decisions and organisational decisions.
